Who we are
Three Link Talent is a recruitment and staffing agency registered in Bulgaria. For the personal data described below we act as the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Contact form data — your name, email address, company and message.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Candidate data — where you send us a CV, the information it contains.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry — on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To provide recruitment services — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To measure site usage — only where you have given consent through the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Candidate data is kept only as long as it is relevant to placement, and is deleted on request. Confirm the exact retention periods with your advisor and state them here.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and — where you have consented — our analytics provider. We do not sell personal data. Client companies receive candidate details only with the candidate’s knowledge.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict or object to processing
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site, and analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for the detail, and use the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer to change your choice at any time.
Contact and complaints
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our contact page. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни).
