Why we exist
Hiring is where most growth plans stall. Not because there is no talent, but because finding, assessing and keeping the right people is a full-time discipline that most companies do not have spare capacity for.
We built Three Link Talent to take that weight off. We work in two ways: we find and screen people you hire directly, or we build and run a team that stays on our payroll and works entirely for you. Which one is right depends on how permanent the need is, and we will tell you honestly when it is the cheaper option.
Where we work
Our home market is Bulgaria — Sofia in particular — and a large part of our work is helping companies elsewhere in the EU build teams here. We know what roles are realistically fillable, what they cost, and how long they actually take.
